Have you ever thought that God would include gentleness in the fruit of the Spirit list? Take a listen and see how important gentleness is and how God showed it to us through Jesus Christ. 

The following fruit on the list is goodness. The goodness of God through the Gospel gets a hold of our lives and hearts. Also, His goodness works in us and then through us, bringing the Gospel and hope to a broken world as well. 

What’s the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you? It's actually the Gospel. In Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection we see the kindness of God on display for us. This kindness changes us and gives us a heart of compassion for anyone in need

Is there an ability in your life to wait without becoming annoyed, upset, and angry? The reality is that many of us struggle in this area. If we open ourselves up to the working of the Spirit in our life, He will grow us in patience.  

Joy is the feeling we get from being satisfied in God. Let's look at 1 Peter 1:3-9 and learn more about this joy, which is solely based on the foundation of Jesus Christ.

Is your heart troubled? Jesus' peace guards our hearts and minds from the onslaught of anxiety that comes our way on a daily basis. As we focus solely on Jesus, the Holy Spirit will bear the fruit of joy in our life.

God injected grace into our depravity, and He did it through Jesus Christ dying on our behalf at the cross. In our third park session, we are talking about Jesus' crucifixion
